Our story

TRU Kosovo began in performance management, helping individuals and teams improve their performance and matching the right talent with the right roles.

We are Kosovo’s first and only company teaching people how to learn, using proven techniques like active recall and spaced repetition, grounded in cognitive psychology. We apply this to language learning, preparing students for real jobs in the BPO market.

Along the way, through collaboration with talented software professionals, we expanded into software development, giving rise to new ventures and companies.
